Net4All is an inclusive netball extension of Sheffield Concord Netball Club, designed to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for girls aged 11 and over and women of all ages with Special Educational Needs to enjoy netball. The club focuses on creating opportunities for everyone to take part, regardless of experience or skill level. Whether players are picking up a netball for the first time or returning after years away, Net4All offers a fun, safe, and positive space to develop confidence and connection through sport.
The sessions are relaxed and friendly, encouraging participants to learn at their own pace while feeling part of a team. Net4All is led by a Level 3 Coach (Helen Thorneloe) and a Level 2 Coach (Jill Newbolt) who is also an award winning inclusivity sport leader; these leads are also supported by numerous adult and junior coaches. The training sessions are adapted with activities to suit different needs and ensure that everyone feels included. The emphasis is on enjoyment, teamwork, and mutual support rather than competition, helping players build not only their netball skills but also friendships and a sense of belonging.
Alongside the training sessions, there are also opportunities for players to take part in match play whether that be at the England Netball Paranetball Championships or as part of a blended team in the South Yorkshire Tuesday Night league.
Net4All represents the true spirit of community sport—bringing people together through a shared love of netball. By promoting inclusivity and accessibility, the club helps to break down barriers and inspire lifelong participation in physical activity. Each session celebrates diversity, confidence, and fun, reflecting Sheffield Concord Netball Club’s commitment to ensuring that netball really is a game for everyone.
